It is a full invested subsidiary company of Aero Engine Corporation of China. The company consists of five centers which are the marketing, product development, manufacturing and testing, supply chain management, and engineering support. It also owns the subsidiaries of CAGT, Nanfang Gas Turbine company, Chengfa Science & Energy company.
